Mr Rooter found our sewer problem of roots from our sewer to the city main. They sent Brian to fix the problem. I figure he would destroy my whole flower bed. I figure he would destroy my whole flower bed. He came in removed 2 hostas , a flower pot and stepping stones. Proceeded to dig a hole (not disturbing my other plants) to the city main replacing it with new equipment. Filled the hole and distributed the dirt so we can reseeded the grass where he put the dirt when he dug the hole. No taking down fences or destroying your flower bed, you would never know he was ever there. I was so impressed with Brian, please ask for him if you have any sewer problems. The technician was amazing, polite and professional. We went above ansmd beyond fixing our main line plumbing issues in such a short time and even advised us about the calcium build up in our water tank. He was a great representation of the company and just a "good" human being.
