Not only is John a good guy, but he's a pretty damm good plumber. He's done work for us a couple of times over a couple of years on an older home. Prior work was below house repairing water & drain lines. Really nice work AND he brought his brother along that day and they repaired a flexible duct for us. The heat worked SO much better after that. Above and beyond, in my book. I would not hesitate to call when we need plumbing help again. John is a great guy. Honest, and very professional. He's often the first plumber I call whenever I have an issue, because I trust his assessment and his work. Hey guys John Ritchie Plumbing is great to use , and is customer oriented. He told me he would be on site at a certain date and time and was on time no issues . We had all of our toilets replaced and cleaned with all new faucet and shower fixtures and changed septic tank filters . I wanted to have additional services with all my drains cleaned and pipes snaked he come back and did service with no issues .
