We tried to have For Valor Roofing replace our roof after a tree fell on hour house. The owner, Hampton, took $2000 and had delay after delay. The owner, Hampton, took $2000 and had delay after delay. We saw his other issues with requiring pre-payment from others and never doing the work and never refunding the customers, so we decided to go with a reputable complany. Two months later, we are still out $2000 and have not been refunded anything. Hampton does not answer calls and texts when he owes money, but he harasses and bullies customers with long texts and a lot of phone calls when he is in contact. Terrible, illegal business practices. BBB has revoked membership to FVR. - Update 6/6/25 FVR responded 130 days after initial BBB complaint stating they are not willing to provide a refund. - Update 5/13/25 BBB has suspended For Valor Roofing (FVR) accreditation. - Update 3/10/25 After speaking with the BBB, they stated For Valor Roofing has been contacted 4 times and is non-responsive and are starting the expulsion process of the company as a BBB accredited business. They also suggested I contact the Missouri Attorney General. - 1/18/25 For Valor Roofing received payment and repeatedly broke contract, damaged windows, destroyed material with poor installation, left construction materials for months, refused to return phone calls, and disappeared for weeks at a time. Siding work began on August 20th, 2024 and was less than halfway completed when I gave up on working with this company January 14th, 2025. I tried a lot of solutions, including reducing the scope of the work, asking for a refund, and asking for their insurance & surety bond. None of these worked and it will cost nearly triple the initial bid to repair the damage For Valor Roofing caused. Some of the work looks acceptable from far away, but getting up close shows visible gaps and breaks in our siding where wind, water, and animals can easily get in, as well as damage to windowsills from Hampton's incomplete work. I would not recommend working with this company without an ironclad contract, a current copy of their company insurance policy, a copy of their surety bond, and a backup plan for when the work is completed poorly. Check ongoing complaints at the Better Business Bureau before entering a contract with For Valor Roofing. Read more

For Valor Roofing installed a new roof on my house Clayton they were very professional their craftsman was excellent I was so pleased with their work I had them do all my commercial roofs. They also installed new siding, soffit and fascia i could not be more pleased. I only recommend them.
