A HUGE “Thank You” to Tom B., Elmer, Rico and the James Hardie install crew (Aldair, Jessica, Jessica, Roberto, and Jose). I cannot begin to describe the most amazing and thoughtful experience we have ever had! Tom is so knowledgeable and professional. He deeply cares about the entire James Hardie customer experience. Tom was always patient when answering every single question we had about the entire process to ensure expectations were aligned. Tom is also very solution oriented and made multiple great suggestions for our home. We never would have thought of these things without his expertise! Tom led the entire James Hardie process from beginning to end — checking in with us on a daily, weekly basis to ensure the entire process went smoothly all along the way. It was a BIG project to remove all of our original vinyl siding, fascia, soffits and gutters and replace everything with the beautiful James Hardie products. Tom led the process so flawlessly that we would do it all over again! Elmer led the fantastic boots on the ground Hardie install crew who worked tirelessly to ensure all the elements were installed correctly and beautifully. With all the many moving parts — the entire job site was also cleaned up very well after each and every day. THANK YOU Tom, Elmer, Rico and the Hardie install crew for making our home look absolutely fabulous and being such a joy to work with!! PROJECT: NEW ROOF & GUTTERS Product: Certainteed Northgate Class 4 architectural shingles Shingle color: Weatherwood Gutter color: Arctic White We also decided to have a new roof and new gutters installed. This is the second roof Allen has installed on our home. Allen was superior in the first roof they installed for us and once again with the second new roof. There is no other company we would choose to work with for our roofing needs. We found Allen to be reputable, trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and committed to meeting our needs with the best solution for our biggest investment — our home. Because we intend to keep our home, we made the decision through discussions with Allen to install a premium Class 4 shingle. We chose Certainteed Northgate which has a much higher manufacturer rating to stand up to both hail and strong winds. We are completely satisfied with the product we chose. Aside from the overall benefits of a Class 4 rating, aesthetically the new roof looks amazing. We continue to receive compliments from all our neighbors who witnessed the entire process. Our sincere thanks to Allen for having our best interest in mind — from product selection to installation to a thorough cleanup. Our sincere thanks to the Allen Roofing Team — Christian, Gary, Terry, Zane and the installation crew who did an amazing job protecting our new concrete driveway and landscaping throughout the entire install and cleanup process.
