Before I purchased it, the previous owner had already gotten a few roofing bids after seeing pictures I took of the old roof. After the sale, Sebastian came out and clearly explained their roofing materials and the whole installation process. He stuck to the original estimate, even when we decided to add new metal edging to the project. Once work started, the crew discovered the old foam roofing was too soaked and needed to be completely removed instead of just resurfaced. They didn’t hesitate to do the right thing and got to work right away. It’s rare to find roofers who are this honest and reliable, especially when you might not notice every detail. I found them to be very trustworthy. Before their official start date, they even came out to put a temporary seal around my new HVAC units because rain was in the forecast. Even though there were some tough and chilly days, the team worked hard to finish the job on schedule. Foam tear-offs can be pretty messy, but they kept everything under control and made sure the cleanup was perfect at the end.
