What really mattered was how they handled an issue that was overlooked earlier. The original builder had cut corners around the rooftop AC units, using rubber fittings around the conduit pipes, something that doesn’t hold up well over time and can lead to leaks. Once it was addressed, this company corrected it the right way by installing properly fabricated galvanized steel pans around those penetrations, which is a much more durable, long-term solution. The workmanship was clean, solid, and done with care. It’s clear they take pride in doing things correctly rather than just getting the job done quickly.
