I found out my roof was leaking and reached out, and he was there within a few hours to inspect and measure the roof. He gave us addresses from past roofing jobs so we could look at shingle colors in person and make the right choice for our home. Throughout the whole process, he stayed in touch, explained everything clearly, and was very professional. The crew completed the roof in one day, which was impressive, and even though it got late, the work was handled well. The next morning, isaiah came back early to make sure the cleanup was finished properly and to take care of a few final details. i also appreciated that he found one of our outdoor wireless security cameras that had been knocked down during the project and set it aside for us. Along with the new roof, they installed new soffit vents, gutter guards, and shutters, which really helped improve the outside of the house and ventilation in the attic. This was a smooth, well-managed roofing experience with solid communication, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. I called to set up an estimate for an attic fan that had stopped working. When sebastian came out, he saw that i already had a newer roof and that the old vents had been replaced with ridge venting along the peak. He explained in simple terms that the attic fan was not really needed with the current roofing ventilation system. He also said running the fan could actually work against the natural airflow and reduce how well the attic breathes in Atlanta’s hot weather. Instead of trying to sell me an extra repair, he recommended that i leave the fan disconnected and just keep an eye on the roof system over time. If there is ever a leak or a ventilation problem later, then i can call for roofing service. That advice saved me a lot of money and gave me confidence that this company looks at what the customer truly needs, not just what they can add to the invoice. I really appreciated the honesty. It is rare to have a roofer come out, inspect the setup, and clearly say that no replacement was necessary. sebastian also pointed me toward another contractor for separate work I needed, which was very helpful. Even though I have not had a full roof repair done by them yet, this experience said a lot about their character, professionalism, and knowledge of attic ventilation, ridge vents, and overall roof performance. i will absolutely keep their number and call them in the future for any roofing needs.
