Shawn did a fabulous job installing a new kitchen faucet for us this morning. We tried installing the same faucet a few days earlier, but it ended up leaking under the sink cabinet anytime water splashed around the stainless steel faucet's base/deck plate. Shawn reinstalled the faucet base/deck plate with a silicone sealant, and made sure everything was as tight as it should be, so no more leaks. Shawn also very kindly provided competitive estimates when I asked about other potential plumbing and electrical work we might want done. Regarding each item, he carefully looked over all the details, made note of things to keep an eye on because all of it is working fine now, explained how the work should be done, how to know when it needs to be done, and what those costs would be if they needed to be done now. From the moment of our first call to the completion and inspection of the installation Shawn was prompt, professional, upbeat, fairly priced, and went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly, safely and with our full 100% satisfaction. Mr. Shawn strapped the pipe, replaced the flange and wax seal on a toilet for me. He is very communicative, friendly and gets the job done correctly. He’s coming back next week for additional plumbing needs!
