We initially contacted RIG Roofing after Hurricane Milton severely damaged our roof, leaving a hole that required constant tarping. As time went on and the heavy rains returned, the situation became much worse. Water was pouring into the house, causing interior ceiling damage and creating a very stressful situation for my family.
After finding RIG Roofing online and calling their emergency number, Elijah came out to inspect the property. From our very first meeting, Elijah stood out from every other roofing representative we had met. We had already sat down with more than 15 different companies, and many seemed focused on selling the cheapest materials at the highest price. Elijah was different.
He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, from the condition of our roof to the repair process, recommended materials, insurance considerations, and long-term solutions. More importantly, he made my elderly mother feel comfortable, safe, and confident throughout the entire process. When I later sat down with him myself, he patiently answered every question and explained everything in detail. I genuinely felt like he was looking out for our family’s best interests rather than simply trying to make a sale.
Throughout the insurance claim process, Elijah remained professional, patient, and supportive. He consistently followed up to check on the status of our claim, offered assistance whenever needed, and even provided alternative financial options while we waited for our insurance settlement. At no point did we feel pressured. He respected our decision to wait until the settlement funds were received, which finally happened in June 2026.
Once the funds cleared, Elijah returned, updated all of the paperwork, and helped us move forward with the project. RIG Roofing provided the best overall value, and Elijah worked hard to make sure we received a fair price without sacrificing quality.
One thing that meant a lot to us was his commitment to communication. He is even arranging for a Spanish-speaking team member to be present during the roofing project so my mother can comfortably communicate with the crew. He also walked us through the entire construction timeline, inspection process, and what to expect every step of the way.
Elijah also provided us with a quote for windows and worked hard to find the best financing options available. Although we were unable to move forward with the windows due to budget constraints, he was incredibly understanding, and if circumstances were different, we would have gladly chosen Elijah and RIG Roofing for that project as well.
It’s rare to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely caring. Elijah embodies all of those qualities. He treated us like family, not customers. His professionalism, integrity, and dedication made a difficult situation much easier to navigate.

Another thing that impressed us was the quality of the roofing system Elijah helped us choose. He is making every effort to ensure our roof is installed as quickly as possible now that our insurance settlement has been finalized. We are not getting a basic metal roof—we are getting a premium standing seam metal roof, where the panels are mechanically fastened and clipped together rather than exposed screws being driven through the top of the metal. We are also receiving a peel-and-stick underlayment for additional protection, along with replacement panels and all of the components necessary for a complete roofing system. Considering the quality of materials, workmanship, and level of service being provided, we feel that the $17,000 price is an exceptional value. Elijah took the time to explain the differences in roofing systems and helped us make an informed decision that will protect our home for many years to come.
