The first to respond in a timely manner was Gary from Home Renovation Center. During our initial meeting, Gary took measurements and photos of every room. As I shared my ideal kitchen plan, he suggested a different idea on the spot — and it was even better than what I had imagined. I had a strong intuition that Home Renovation Center would be the right choice, and I was absolutely correct. The entire process, from start to finish, went smoothly, even though we encountered a few challenges along the way. The team — Gary, Danica, Kiara, Shannon, and their crew — was wonderful to work with. Their communication was excellent, and Shannon, the project manager, kept me updated throughout the renovation, from demo to completion. I work from home, and they were always considerate of my schedule. We truly felt like a team throughout the project. I have a friend who is a handyman and also does renovations for people who want to flip homes. I would send him daily videos during this renovation, and he said the work this company did and their process were spot on. This renovation was completed last year, and I absolutely love my upgraded home. Friends who have seen the before-and-after have all commented on how beautiful it turned out. I am a detail-oriented person, and they had a timeline to follow so that things were picked and ordered at the appropriate time to make the process go smoothly. The process was smooth for me, and I had a 1.5 year old and 3 month old during this, so that speaks volume to their customer service. Shannon was a great contact as the construction progressed and always did what he said he would do. The custom cabinetry is BEAUTIFUL, the tile work is amazing, their communication is great...
