PLEASE READ- I had Mike come out to assess my A/C issue. He was not aware that I had 2 other well known HVAC companies come out for same assessment. THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY that showed me exactly what the issue was and educated me on why my A/C was frozen. The other 2 companies tried to sell me a new A/C unit. Mike was not only technically stellar but honest- something that appears to be in short supply. My system is running perfectly now. I highly recommend using DALCO - you will be happy you did. First time I used Dalco. Great experience. Mike was my technician. He was personable, explained what services he was going to perform and options I had if I decided to move forward with a new system. Fortunately, all was ok with present system just needed service. I will use Delco again.

Mike was personable and professional. H realized that he didn't have the right item to properly perform the service and was able to quickly return the next day to successfully do the job. I appreciate his doing it the right way!
