Decided after viewing a utube video I could repair my own sprinkler backflow preventer. Bought a rebuild kit. Well, I could not budge the cap on the first relief valve, even with a huge crescent wrench and breaker bar. Called Superior, got appointment same day. Well, I could not budge the cap on the first relief valve, even with a huge crescent wrench and breaker bar. Called Superior, got appointment same day. Dustin showed up, he is a big ole boy. It took some effort even for him, but he broke it loose. Since I had all the parts, he went ahead and installed the kit. He worked quickly, probably took him a little more than 15 minutes. Was able to get a same day appointment. The technician showed up on time and I explained to him what I wanted done. He gave me a price before he started to work. After I approved it he completed the work successfully. Very happy with Superior plumbing and I would use them again.
