Mr Conrade came by today to inspect my house after a lightning strike. He was very cordial and I believe he did a very thorough inspection. He left me with two options to repair the damage. Two techs arrived after explaining the problem the techs got busy checking it out. After checking stuff he explained the 3 different diagnostic levels said since we are in mobile home they are always major the highest amt of $1134. After checking stuff he explained the 3 different diagnostic levels said since we are in mobile home they are always major the highest amt of $1134. So that was alot more than what I was willing to pay today since I still have ac working. Sam was real with me in explaining the costs because just diagnosing does not mean that it is repaired just means they know the problems. He did take time to explain the $99 per year deal but was not to sure of that practice either. Sam told me it could be in the $10,000's to fix he was not sure but wanted me to know. Being that we are on ssr I could.not think abt paying out that much money. So gladly paid the $83 & let them get the hell outta here. Sounded like a bunch of malarky. Read more
