They determined our sewer line was frozen right away and later hydrojetted it clear of ice buildup... it took a few hours overall and they had to use a pump truck in tandem while doing it so it didn't overflow into the house from the downstairs mechanical room floor drain... awesome customer service...They determined our sewer line was frozen right away and later hydrojetted it clear of ice buildup... it took a few hours overall and they had to use a pump truck in tandem while doing it so it didn't overflow into the house from the downstairs mechanical room floor drain... awesome customer service as well my mom is very thrilled to go back to a normal routine again, and we have friends visiting from out of state soon for summer vacation in a week or so. The d...Alaska Sewer and Drain is an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. My child had dropped toys into the toilets, clogging them up. I made an appointment with this company. Matt called fifteen minutes before arrival to let me know he was on the way. The dispatcher also sent me a text message to tell me that the driver was on his way. I greatly appreciated that clear communication!! Matt used a strong vacuum to suck the items out of the toilets. This worked well for one toilet, but for the second toilet he needed to take the toilet out to get to the toy. He put a new wax ring seal on, then installed the toilet back into its proper place. Then he even cleaned up any water that had dripped into the floor! I was grateful for the work he did, as well as how respectful and patient he was, even with my ever curious child!! Read more

My sewage pipes backed up in the middle of the winter night. Called the Alaska Sewer and Drain based on a google search. Scott texted 15 minutes before his arrival, and showed up faster than expected. It is a 6-7 year old house, but I don’t know where the clear out access is. Scott quickly assessed the situation and removed one toilet and use it as access point. With his brand new power snake, he was able to quickly resolve the issue - it turned out to some tree roots in the pipe. He put the toilet and cleaned it up. The price we paid was very reasonable.
