I called Jones, they came quickly and found I needed a smart fan unit. The parts house sent the wrong part, so another had to be ordered. It was an excellent job after a second visit, even came in under the quote. I am very happy and definitely will continue to use them.

The gentleman that has work on our unit twice in the last year was super nice and friendly. But we had the same part replaced twice in the last 11 months.
