From the start, Todd Clark came to our home to discuss our needs and show us samples for us to choose from. Of the three contractors, Todd was the most professional, thorough, and detailed about the entire process from start to finish laying out his expectations to ensure we were satisfied with the finished product. Upon awarding RRC the job, the communication with Todd, Brice, and Kess was first class through the entire process. Tear off and install of 52+ squares was completed in a day with very little work / cleanup on day 2. Very efficient work but more importantly, the quality of the work performed was EXCEPTIONAL!! Todd checked in onsite both days and conducted a final visual inspection with me the morning of day 2. He then came back and ran his magnet through the yard to get additional nails his crew's magnet missed. Todd Clark is a man of his word and did everything he said he would do throughout the entire process. I highly recommend River Region Contracting for ALL your roofing needs!! My first call to River region roofing help me to negotiate with my insurance company to pay for my roof. They installed my roof in one day they've come back to check for debris in the yard and constantly kept in touch with me on the process. I would recommend them to my friends.
