My experience with Stewart Plumbing was not good. I contacted Home Depot for installation of a Water Heater, and this is the company. that called. The manager, Christy is rude, unprofessional and kept over $300 of my money when I canceled the installation. Warning: Please stay away!!

My experience with Stewart Plumbing wasn't adverse ,and Christy, the wife made it extremely difficult because she didn't know anything about business, she was disrespectful hostile and rude, she had an arrogant and bad attitude, I was inquiring about the numerous water heaters,and trying to purchase...My experience with Stewart Plumbing wasn't adverse ,and Christy, the wife made it extremely difficult because she didn't know anything about business, she was disrespectful hostile and rude, she had an arrogant and bad attitude, I was inquiring about the numerous water heaters,and trying to purchase a hot water that wasn't going to break down in a short time from leake, shutting the water off and breaking down all the time, I told him that I certainly didn't won't one that I had to flush every 6 months because of sediment buildup and the flushing would cost around $230 to $250.00 every 6 months, this was a $2200.00 hot water heater that probably cost less than $200.00, it was made from poor quality materials, if the sediment build up every 6 months, Mr. Stewart didn't have any character or integrity, because why would he recommend a nightmare, he is not reputable, and I am so happy that I didn't get it, because I was told that some have broken down the same day others have broken down in a month, year, or 2 years, this was a horrible choice that wasn't made to last, it would have been a huge expense to purchase and keep up the maintenance on it.Mr. Stewart was aware of the potential problems and he failed to disclose them, and as a result, it could have cost major leaks, shutting the water off all the time, it consisted of numerous problems, one of the major problems was cutting the water off because of humidity, and that is a manufacturer defect, he was aware of these issues, and only cared about the money, and not the customer, he lacked morals, values and integrity because he was aware of these issues, and was going to sale it to me anyway, you shouldn't choose money at the customer expense, not reputable. I am so glad that I didn't do any business with this business and this Christy, she was horrible and it was unacceptable to me, and apparently acceptable to him, they both have a great deal to learn about business and treating potential customers with respect, dignity, courteous, honesty, fairness compassion and empathy, do unto others as you would them to do unto you. I purchased the same one that I had for 17 years because they are made to last, andI got if for several hundred cheaper than what Mr. Stewart was going to charge me, and this master licensed certified plumber told me that it would have lasted longer than 17 years, and it was leaking at the top because it was installed wrong from the beginning, and it was a surprise and a miracle from God that it didn't burst, he stated I was lucky because it had started making a hissing sound, Thank God, it is more expensive to ger a qualified certified licensed plumber, but if the installation isa success and installed correctly it could save you thousands of dollars. You get a amateur that is not a licensed plumber it could cost you thousands, and I prefer the more experience master plumbers than the young inexperienced so called plumbers for Hot Water Heaters, A.C and other major jobs because a mistake or error in installation can be gigantic nightmare. I don't think that Mr. Stewart was professional, competent and trustworthy, and I don't think he had the qualifications, integrity, honesty and morals that are extremely important to me.I don't recommend Stewart plumber because he is not completely honest, he agrees with his wife hostile,rude and disrespectful behavior, I don't believe he has the qualifications, integrity, and honesty, so therefore, I do not recommend Stewart Plumbing, I senthim an email approximately two weeks ago about the issues, his wife unacceptable behavior, he didn't respond, Iam so grateful and blessed because if I had allowed him to install Hot Water Heater and if I had a problem or issue, he probably would not have responded, he is also not reliable or dependable and I am very happy I didn't hire him to install a Hot Water Heater, it could have been a huge disappointment and disaster, this is why I try to do my research and work before a job rather than afterwards, it is too late afterwards. Josh and Christy did a great job replacing my water heater! They were timely, friendly and up front about all costs. I definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!
