He quickly repaired a broken flange and went above and beyond by performing additional maintenance and carefully caulking the toilet. The quality of his work was outstanding, and he completed everything in an impressively short amount of time. What really stood out was his professionalism—he arrived right on time for an appointment I had only scheduled the day before, and he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. It’s not always easy to find service like that. Luquire has consistently been a great company to work with, and this experience only reinforced the trust I have in them. That level of communication really gave me peace of mind throughout the process. On the day of installation, the technicians Toby, WJ and Ronald were all amazing. They were professional, polite, and very thorough. They addressed every concern I had during the installation process and made sure everything was done correctly. Before leaving, they took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service. What really stood out to me was the follow-up. About two hours after the installation, Lee personally called to check in and make sure everything went well. He again reminded me to reach out if I had any questions or concerns. I had some plumbing issues (leak in the slab) and Luquire came highly recommended. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful! Tina made answered any question I had and made sure I knew what was going on. Ken and Peyton came out and routed a pipe for me and were both very sweet and trustworthy.
