I had a hot water heater replaced which was way overdue. The young lady Gabby in the office was so pleasant walking me thru the process when my appt was being scheduled. Casey called and gave me an hour notice that he would be in route. He came and was very pleasant with good customer service. Casey called and gave me an hour notice that he would be in route. He came and was very pleasant with good customer service. He investigated the problem and explained to me when needed to be done to fix it. It only took him about 20 minutes. He also found another issue and offered to take a look at it.
