From our very first meeting, Ike was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. During his inspection, he carefully documented and explained everything he found, including significant hail damage that we hadn't fully appreciated. He encouraged us to contact our insurance company and then helped every step of the way, even communicating directly with the insurance adjuster. Throughout the entire process, Ike always made himself available to answer questions, provide reassurance, and offer guidance—even on weekends. What impressed us most was how genuinely invested he was in our outcome. At no point did I feel like just another customer. Ike treated us like friends and consistently demonstrated that he wanted the very best for us. His professionalism, honesty, and personal attention made what could have been a stressful process remarkably easy and pain free. When it came time for the roof installation, Henderson Roofing's crew was equally impressive. Fernando and his crew arrived on time each morning, worked efficiently, and operated like a well-oiled machine. Because our home is well over 100 years old, several unexpected challenges arose during the project. The owner, Mark Henderson, personally came to the job site to evaluate the issues and ensure they were addressed properly. The crew worked long hours into the evenings to make sure everything was done correctly and that they stayed on schedule Throughout the project, they showed great respect for our home and our extensive landscaping. When the work was complete, they thoroughly cleaned our property and left everything in excellent condition. He made the entire process simple and easy and he did all the work with my insurance for me going back and forth working after traditional work hours and on the weekend to make sure I was taken care of getting me more money added to my claim that the insurance company originally left off of their estimate, saving me out of pocket expenses!
