When Kamron came out to do the evaluation he fully explained what the issue was and inspected the whole system. My husband and I felt much clearer about what happened, and why before he left. The next day (today) Kevin came to the house to give us all of our options. He discussed the various systems, pros and cons of each, and ultimately we decided to replace the system with a more expensive option than just making the basic repair. Both Kamron and Kevin took the time to explain fully the issues and benefits of all repair options, so we are comfortable with our final decision. Thank you for having people on your staff who care enough to make sure your customers are making informed choices. They are representing your company at the highest level! Now that the unit has been installed, I can report that Travis, Gabriel, and the third member of their team, whose name I regretfully didn't get, did an amazing job of quickly, and professionally. I purchased two toilets from Home Depot and paid for installation services. Best Care Plumbing called me on Friday to schedule an appointment on Monday. I was originally told that my appointment would be some time in the afternoon so I left work early. I was originally told that my appointment would be some time in the afternoon so I left work early. I made three phone calls throughout the day to confirm my appointment and was told I was still on the schedule. Around 4:00, I received another phone call saying I needed to be rescheduled the following day. I had two damaged toilets so I was in an emergency situation. I explained that the company and they said they could have someone install one toilet Monday and then the second one Tuesday. I measured the distance from my wall and assumed I needed a 12 rough toilet. When the rech came, he stayed that I nerfed 10 rough toilets and that a 12 couldn't be installed. I returned both toilets to Home Depot and purchased the 10 in rough ones. Since my appointment had been rescheduled, I ended up having to use another vacation day to be home for the installation. I contacted Best Care this morning and was told a tech was on the way around 8:00. The representative then corrected her statement and said that it would actually be between 1:00 and 5:00. I was overly anxious since both of my toilet tanks had cracked. I made three calls to Best Care because I was receiving no type of communication but was told I was still on schedule. Finally, around 5:30 someone showed up to install the toilets. I inquired again about the rough on measurements before installation started and the tech said that since the rough in measurement was approximately 11 inches from the wall, the 10 rough toilet was the correct selection. After installation was complete, I noticed there's a 3 inch gap between the toilet and the wall in both bathrooms which looks very strange. I am a bit concerned that I don't have the correct size. I gave used two days off work trying to utilize this company and I'm still not sure I made the best decision. Their timing and communication alone have me very reluctant to use their services again. Poor customer service experience and still waiting for this company to repair the issue . Purchased a brand new unit from this company within the last year. Noticed a leak in my pantry which in underneath the AC placement. Purchased a brand new unit from this company within the last year. Noticed a leak in my pantry which in underneath the AC placement. Reached out to the company last Monday and their repair man arrived and advised as soon as he looked at the unit that the installer had not properly secured the unit causing this leak. We have called multiple times to the office and gone in person to have someone repair the leak in an effort to prevent mold from setting in. The leak has now become worse and we have received no additional correspondence from the company on the repair. We were actually advised that we were second on the list behind a customer that had a working unit, no potential for mold, but simply needed some stairs built to access his unit. It’s very disheartening because the unit is still not functioning properly AND everyday the leak is not repaired puts our three small children at risk of inhaling black mold. Which in turn means we will have to pay out of pocket for the damages caused by this companies negligence and then sue to recoup our funds. I would advise anyone to make a different choice before using this company. As we were blindly pleased until their lack of quality workmanship, customer service and just over all professionalism was exposed. Update: Jan 22, 2024 After almost 5 months my home has finally been restored to its original state from the damage caused by Best Care’s negligence. What should have been a simple claim filed to their insurance provider to resolve the issue..turned into them searching for several weeks and calling different insurance companies to see if they even had insurance. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from using this company unless you have money to throw away in the event they provide you with faulty work and poor service.
