The builder chose them as the company but they have always been timely and my house build was not delayed due to plumbing like some neighbors experienced with other plumbers. Due to Covid my bronze fixtures were backordered, so they installed what they had so I could close. Today, they came back out and changed out all the incorrect fixtures to bronze.
