I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of urgency in servicing and repairing my HVAC unit. Less than a year ago, I spent $9,337.51 on a brand-new unit from this company, trusting the promises made during the sales process, including the "Never Leave You Stranded" guarantee. Unfort...I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of urgency in servicing and repairing my HVAC unit. Less than a year ago, I spent $9,337.51 on a brand-new unit from this company, trusting the promises made during the sales process, including the "Never Leave You Stranded" guarantee. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I first reported this issue on June 9. My tenants have now been without air conditioning for nearly two weeks in the middle of an Alabama summer while we wait on repairs to be completed on a unit that is still under warranty. During this time, I have made repeated follow-up calls seeking updates, but communication has been poor and the sense of urgency has been nonexistent. I also paid the $49 service fee for a technician to come out over a week ago, despite the unit being under warranty. In addition, I have spent approximately $350 out of pocket on a portable air conditioner just to provide some relief for my tenants while we continue waiting. This morning (June 18), I called at 9:22 a.m. and requested to speak with a manager. Nearly an hour later, I had still not received a return call, so I called back at 10:31 a.m. At that time, I was told the replacement part should arrive tomorrow and that the earliest available repair appointment would be Monday, June 22. This was particularly frustrating because I was told earlier this week that the part would be arriving soon as well. At this point, my tenants will have been without air conditioning for approximately 13 days before repairs are even scheduled to be completed. For a brand-new unit that is still under warranty, I find that unacceptable. As a repeat customer who has spent thousands of dollars with this company, I expected much better service and support. I would appreciate a call from someone in management to explain why this situation has been allowed to drag on for so long and what can be done to resolve it immediately. Read more

Today we thought we had a problem that would have been connected to our unit but it turned out not to be. Sean Brady was our technician today. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and just went above and beyond for us today to help us rule out the problem and he was right. We had a plumber come by next and Sean was right.
