I called Kinsella since I saw they were a local electrician to help with fixing the rest of what the other company had charged a hefty amount to diagnose and “fix”. Hunter from Kinsella called me back within the hour and was very helpful, listened to my concerns and was very honest about the process. Since we weren’t involved in the building process, there were a few things missing—our master closet, pantry, and hallway needed outlets, plus our bedrooms were wired for ceiling lights but not strong enough to support ceiling fans. We also had them install a whole-house surge protector (absolutely worth it for peace of mind!). From start to finish, these guys knocked it out of the park. They handled every request, came in priced better than competitors, and went above and beyond in professionalism. The crew was respectful of our home, worked clean, and made sure everything looked perfect before they left. If I could give them more than 10/10, I’d call it a 15/10 experience. They exceeded expectations, and the best part is—by choosing them you’re also supporting a great local small business.
