I so wanted to give this place a good review. They were nice and seemed very knowledgeable. After going to all the regular hardware places with no luck I was really hopeful when they seemed to know what we needed. Then when they rang up the price it was at least double of what similar parts else wh...I so wanted to give this place a good review. They were nice and seemed very knowledgeable. After going to all the regular hardware places with no luck I was really hopeful when they seemed to know what we needed. Then when they rang up the price it was at least double of what similar parts else where were. While annoyed by the price difference I was still glad to finally have what was needed. So I thought anyway. Brought it home, my husband tried to put it in the shower and it wasn't the right piece. So we took it back, and they wouldn't return it bc it had some scratches from the metal rubbing trying to get it to the the pipe on the shower. They should just tell you the price up front for one thing and then tell you they aren't gonna take it back if there's wear on it from trying to put the piece in. It's one thing to pay double but something totally different to pay double for something completely useless at this point. Read more
