Prime HVAC has always been 5 stars for our family. Day or night emergencies always quick to reply. They just added a new technician to their team, his name is Dawson and he's awesome, he spent so much time cleaning our unit and making sure everything was perfect.

This company is highly professional. They did a great job working with our warranty company and installing a new HVAC system in our parents house. They were courteous and very quick to get it all done. Communication was thorough. I highly recommend.
