Employee was courteous but did not show up (twice)when he said would. Granted things come up on their other job sites. But a call or text would gave been professional. I guess my 3 star rating was due to the $50 fuel/travel charge and $18 fee to use our credit card. If I couldve wrote a check I would have but wasnt given option it warned. Atleast work is done and chap had to endure this July heat. If he had to come from a distance it would justify a $50 fuel charge. But his extras will cost me a tank and a half of gas this month. Read more
