Crew came out, got everything done in a timely manner, and walked through exactly what they were doing and how. Offered good faith options for potential future work but again didn't push. I called for a diagnostics check on my central AC unit. The company my warranty company company promised to send out had not shown in 3 weeks! So I called a reputable private company that I trust to check it out. The company my warranty company company promised to send out had not shown in 3 weeks! So I called a reputable private company that I trust to check it out. They determined there were leaks in my unit.( (you) The warranty company’s HVAC service company came in directly after and everything was in fine working order according per that company and they followed with that the company before them must have fixed it !(Cool Breeze) I corrected them on that and am using window units at this time. Michael did a great job! I canceled my contract with that company and hired a better known company with no age restrictions on my equipment. It will take 30 days to go into effect and I will use whoever that they tell me too.I’m hoping for a better outcome in the end. Read more
